MBA - Diverse Skill Set

Introduction:

A native Houstonian, I received both my bachelor and master’s degrees in business administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.  I possess more than 20 years of experience in business and industry and sixteen years of experience in teaching secondary students.  During my time in industry, I developed and practiced a diverse skill set that includes analyzing financial data, compiling and comparing statements and recent financial information, developing, implementing, and monitoring customer experience programs, property budgets, resident activities, personnel, marketing, and sales.  In my time teaching, I have consistently pursued innovative teaching methods to provide students with both rigorous and relevant content.  Further, I received excellent reviews by my appraisers and served on organizational, campus, and district committees. As a volunteer with Junior Achievement, I built several award-winning Junior Achievement Company Program companies (with five of those companies achieving national status) and developed partnerships with numerous colleges and non-profit organizations.  I understand the level of professionalism and communication required for long-term success within an organization.  My education, background, and professional approach to all stakeholders will provide my employer with a highly productive team member.
